¾ tsp Salt
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
1 Cup (8 oz) Chocolate Chips
Optional: nuts, peanut butter chips, dried fruits, candy pieces.

Directions
-
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
-
Prepare a baking pan (8x 8, or 8x12); lightly grease pan. For easier removal of brownies from pan, line the pan with parchment paper.
-
In a bowl, add melted butter, oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk to combine.
-
Adds the Eggs and vanilla to butter and sugar mixture. Beat until completely mixed. Takes about one minute.
-
Add Flour, Cocoa Powder, and Salt. Gently mix the dry ingredients by “folding” them in. Mix until combined. DO not overmix.
-
Add ¾ Cup of the chocolate chips into the brownie batter. Add any optional filling ingredients also.
-
Pour the brownie batter into the lightly greased pan, smooth out. Take the remaining ¼ cup of chocolate chips and Sprinkle on top.
-
Place in oven, bake for 25-40 minutes. This depends on how fudgy you would like the brownies to be. 25-30 minutes for fudgy, 35-40 minutes for well done.
-
Cool for 15-20 minutes. Brownies will residually cook once removed from oven.
