Banana Choclate Chip Cookies
Yield: About 15 Cookies
Ingredients
1 ¼ Cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking Soda
8 Tbl Butter
6 Tbl Sugar (Granulated)
6 Tbl Light Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Banana (Very Ripe preferred)
¾ Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
-
Preheat the Oven to 375 Degrees and prepare two baking sheets (Spray, greased, or lined with parchment paper).
-
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda.
-
In a second bowl (large), using a pastry blender or electric mixer, beat butter, white sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla together.
-
Add the Flour mixture to Butter mixture. Stir to combine.
-
Mix the banana and chocolate chips into the batter. Continue to mix until all is combined and a uniform batter.
-
Using a Tablespoon or small cookie scoop, place onto baking sheet. Note: The cookies will spread so separate the batter about an inch apart.
-
Bake the cookies in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown. Remove them from oven and cool.
